Inspector was very professional. He was very knowledgeable in his field. I asked for extra test but he said if I needed them he would advise me so I didn't spend extra. When everything was not able to be inspected first time around he came back out to finish inspection. When leaving car got stuck and he stayed and helped get us back on the road.

Called Josh to perform an inspection on our new home. He came out an completed his inspection. Very professional and very thorough. I was looking for a termite inspection for a loan because my usual inspector never returned my call. Josh came recommended from a local exterminator that doesn't do inspections, himself. Josh was able to squeeze me into his schedule, even offered to come the same day. He was prompt for the appointment and courteous to me and my family. His inspection was thorough and he provided recommendations to solve some pest issues beyond just what he was there to inspect. I got my completed report the next day. I don't think you can go wrong choosing Access Ohio- I'm confident that if there's a problem on a property he's reviewing, he will find it! Thanks for a great experience, Josh!!
